I absolutely love mhm! and it is now an important part of my menstrual care. Using it soothes my body, and eases my mood as I am nearing the end of my cycle. At times I find myself a bit "edgy" during my cycle. (LOL, who doesn't I guess?) Taking mhm! relaxes me in the right way. And just to keep it real, I don't *love* the taste of it (but I don't love the taste of any CBD product), but I bring that up to say that despite the taste it is still worth taking it. Helps immensely and you should definitely get it :)
